On that day, Coimbra reached an incredible high of 40°C (104°F). Despite Masaaki-sama and Mami-okusama being extremely busy with divine duties day after day, they walked through the park in the intense heat appearing completely relaxed and showing no signs of fatigue whatsoever. Masaaki-sama showed great interest in the flowers, trees, and other plants in the park, using his smartphone to identify each one by name, clearly enjoying it immensely. As always, I can only bow my head in admiration at Masaaki-sama’s unwavering and insatiable inquisitive spirit about everything, no matter where in the world he may be. President Fernando and his wife, Luciana, accompanied them that day, spending what precious time they had left—just one more day—with Masaaki-sama and Mami-okusama, and forever engraving such gracious presence in their hearts. On this day, President Fernando Alambert and his wife also accompanied them, deeply engraving in their hearts the precious time they had left—just one more day—with Masaaki-sama and Mami-Okusama, and their venerable presence. On the 9th, Masaaki-sama and Mami-okusama departed from Portuguese soil and began their journey home.
