The season for this year’s Birth of the Messiah Service has come around once again. Beginning with the Church’s first-ever Easter Service, held on Easter Sunday this year, the May Monthly Service was likewise a historic first—the first Monthly Service hosted by the headquarters in the Chugoku Region. Then, on May 2, we were blessed with a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity as Masaaki-sama, accompanied by Mami-okusama, offered a precious prayer in front of the Memorial Cenotaph for the Atomic Bomb Victims at Hiroshima Peace Memorial Park, with President Narii and dozens of staff members present. Furthermore, on May 24—Pentecost, a holy day of the Church—Masaaki-sama announced the momentous and joyous appointment of Mami-okusama as Aide to the Representative of Kyoshu. We are simply overwhelmed by this remarkable series of firsts in the advancement of God’s divine work. At the Service, the world’s first Christian Vegan song, “The Last Sacrifice,” and the world’s first Christ Farming song, “Rice Ears of Prayer,” both with lyrics written by Masaaki-sama, will be unveiled together for the first time. Masaaki-sama’s revolution is the rooster’s crow heralding a great transformation of the material world. As expressed in the Christ Farming Prayer offered by Masaaki-sama recently, let us “pledge to live on this earth for God’s wish” and follow Masaaki-sama’s example with conviction—Masaaki-sama, the founder of Christian veganism and Christ Farming.
