Meishu-sama The faith of World Church of Messiah is a faith of the age of day. We are a religion that constructs heaven. Until today, no religion has advocated that it was going to construct heaven. Some of them did say that heaven was going to come, but none of them said that they were going to construct one. This was because the time was not yet ripe. But now, finally, we are entering the age of day, so it is possible to construct one. How do we do that? First, it is you—that is where you start. You have to be heaven. But you can’t make your circumstances or your home heavenly straightaway, right? That is why your focus should be on your heart. Turn your heart into heaven first. Then that way, your home will turn into heaven, then your country will turn into heaven, and as a consequence, the world will turn into heaven. Isn’t that right? When you engage in activities relating to flowers, those feelings come, don’t they? When you interact with people, those feelings—both good and bad—they come, don’t they? Those feelings come precisely because you are already a resident of heaven. In heaven, God is using you in the work of salvation. What do I mean by that? God gave Meishu-sama an illness of a brain hemorrhage. Receiving this illness, Meishu-sama was thrown into despair. But then, he overcame this despair and responded to God, “O God, this is not something to lose hope over. Rather, this illness is a hope. At first, I thought ‘Why now?’ but actually, You gave me this illness at the perfect time. O God, this illness is not a bad thing. It is a good thing!” I believe Meishu-sama responded to God in this way when he received his illness. How happy God must have been! How about us? When something inconvenient happens to us, we usually think, “Why now? This is so bad!” don’t we? But who can deny that it is God who makes all those inconvenient things occur? That is, when something bad happens, if we can respond to God by saying, “O God, this came at the perfect time! You are so considerate, O God. This purification is cause for joy and hope. What I’m receiving is a hope, O God!” God will be happy, for sure. God is our parent.
