After receiving the Sacred Word of Masaaki-sama, the Messiah Choir of Angola sang in Portuguese “Strength and Pride,” the lyrics of which were written by Masaaki-sama for the consecration ceremony, as well as original songs of World Church of Messiah Angola. This was followed by the performance of Banda Messias (children’s Messiah Choir), who sang in Portuguese “A New World,” the lyrics of which were written by Kyoshu-sama, and the more than 20,000 participants united as one to praise God. Between the choir performances, traditional Angolan dance and music, where women express the joys of harvest, were performed. Divided into groups representing the different provinces of Angola, the performers carried crops harvested in their respective provinces on their head while singing and dancing as they paraded before Masaaki-sama and Mami-okusama. The members of Angola, who carry in their hearts the mission entrusted to the land of Africa by Masaaki-sama as the Sacred Ground of Soil, are serving in the divine work of saving the world through the true Nature Farming that Masaaki-sama teaches us. The joy of being able to offer their gratitude directly to Masaaki-sama through song and dance is immeasurable. Unable to contain their emotion, they continued to sing and dance for some time even after parading past Masaaki-sama’s presence. During the performance of Banda Messias, the children seemed to be nervous when entering the stage. Masaaki-sama and Mami-okusama waved their hands and smiled at them, and directed their warm gaze toward them from beginning to end. Masaaki-sama and Mami-okusama seemed to be very happy.
